Trademark Infringement Investigation

Ajax Investigators will assist Clients (Trademark Owners) to ascertain the likelihood of infringement, any violation of the exclusive rights attaching to a trademark without the authorization of the trademark owner, or to obtain evidence in the infringement by the following investigative process:-

• Establish the owner registered “mark”
• Establish that the infringer had used the infringing mark in interstate commerce
• Prove by video surveillance/ photographs that the infringing mark was used in connection with the sale, offering for sale, distribution or advertising of any goods or services
• Ascertain that the use of the infringing mark is likely to cause confusion, or to cause mistake, or to deceive as a result of the overall similarity of the marks and the use of the mark in connection with a competitive or related good or service
• Provide a detailed and comprehensive report, together with evidentiary materials and recordings
