Ajax Investigation and Security Services will determine, document and photograph related facts surrounding an alleged injury to a worker by the following procedures:

• Reviewing all initial assignment documents
• Review the Workman Compensation’s claim file in accordance with the Insurance Company’s procedures
• Obtaininyg any necessary statements recorded from the Claimant
• Establishing the Claimant’s background information, exact “injury” location and employment environment
• Ascertain Claimant’s standard duties and responsibilities, typical work routines, employment status and wage information
• Interview and securing witnesses statements
• Conducting surveillance on the Claimant to ascertain the genuineness or degree of injury
• Provide prompt, concise reports and evidence documentation including witness statements, video footages. and photographs
